Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, Have fun and get fit to great music. Class format varies, is never boring and uses a range of exercise techniques from hand weights, own body weight and core stability work to tighten, shape, tone, individualize your muscles and increase bone density.
Classes start with a low intensity aerobic warm-up of simple rhythmic dance or boxercise routine to music, followed by hand weight routine, mat work etc in succession and cools down with deep stretches and flexibility work using the philosophies of Pilates, Yoga and Body (Bar) sculpting.

Your Instructor - Alison
Alison has been teaching exercise since 2003 years and holds qualifications as a Personal Trainer, an instructor in Pilates, aqua, older adults fitness, nutrition and more.
Alison taught Pilates and Osteofit at the Milton State Schools Learning for Leisure program for 5 years, freelanced in Paddington and the last 5 years at Vitalelife in Paddington teaching Body Sculpting class as well as Pilates. She is also a stand in teacher at several venues.
Alison loves to teach exercise by making it fun and inclusive, she gets great pleasure in seeing others enjoy getting fitter
The benefits of exercise are obvious and well researched. These include building the immune system, cardio vascular system and increased bone density. So come along have some fun, get fit(ter) and put a smile on your face

This is to confirm that I have been attending Alison's fitness classes for many years, beginning with Pilates in 2003 at Milton and then following her to various venues over the years.
Alison's classes always involve great music and there is a lightness about them; they are a lot of fun and she creates a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where people feel free to express themselves. Thanks Jenny is always great to have someone so keen on keeping fil and well in the classes and inspire me to think up new routines to keep the classes fun, interesting and challenging so we are all raring to go for the rest of the day
Just love these classes, especially as they are in the mornings and are a really good wake up for the system. Allison is a fabulous teacher who constantly changes her routines to achieve the best fitness results for us. Can highly recommend Freestyle Moves.
