I called into this agency recently trying to book a trip to South America. The office was small and untidy. The staff all seemed unfriendly and when I explained that I was looking for a 7 week holiday to South America one staff member proceeded to collect brochures for me, advising me to have a look through the brochure and when i had an idea of what i would like to do come back and staff would give me a price.
