French Twist

Lovely little cafe in the new part of chermside. Yummy food at good prices and sweet staff. Prices aren't too bad either which puts the cherry on top.

Very, very good, love the coffee in those big bucket cups, great crossiants, yummy cakes and fresh, tasty bagels, rolls etc. A must for any busy shopping spree at Chermside. DO not miss the cakes, the lemon tart is heavenly. Enjoy.

Now here is a place where you can get a GOOD coffee.... The milk is perfection, the coffee sweet and round with a sharpness to it which makes it a complex yet easy to appreciate coffee experience. The service is great, they are busy on weekends, but I tell you, it is well worth the wait. Be patient - they are doing their best to make you a little cup of perfection. I recommend a lovely big take away cappucino made with real milk - not skim....

As soon as I strolled into this cafe out of Paris, I was welcomed by smiling faces and wonderful croissants. My choice for brunch was a toasted ham and cheese croissant and caramel slice. I must admit it was naughty for my diet, but it was absolutely to die for. The croissant was toasted to perfection and the caramel slice melted in my mouth. This has become my staple for weekend dining and I have been raving about this absolutely wonderful chic cafe to all of my workmates and friends that they are now hooked to French Twist!

I took a friend visiting from France and he was incredibly impressed with the detail put into making their rolls and boutique cakes. We picked up a strawberry white chocolate cake which was absolutely scrumptious and went down a treat with his fellow travelers. Thankyou French Twist for making food fun again. Bon appetite!
