My partner was just in the shop to make an order and the girl at the counter was so very rude. Her greeting consisted of a very abrupt "yes" instead of a friendly hello, may I take your order or something of the like. Then when the food order was placed, again she was rude and said "is that it". Then when my partner asked if they had eftpos she snapped at him with a "NO". He finally had enough and told to forget the order... Her reply, a very abrupt and childish "fine".
I'm bitterly disappointed. We've been to this place several times and we have NEVER received such disgusting customer service. We will never return and we will be telling everyone about our shocking experience.
I would have to say the fish, chips, burgers and everything you can imagine would be at a seafood store is cooked to perfection at this place. I would recommend to everyone, have a try here and see what you think. The staff are very friendly and helpful and you will want to go back time and time again for some more of their lovely precision cooked food. This is a very popular seafood shop in the greater petrie area. Highly recommended.
