I can assist in managing allergies and intolerances, gastrointestinal issues, stress and anxiety, weight-loss and much more. I will look at all aspects of your lifestyle to devise a wellness plan that will empower you to improve.

Your consultation will take approximately one hour where I will ask you many questions about all aspects of your life. From there I will devise a wellness plan with achievable goals to ensure that this lifestyle transition is as simple for you as possible.

I am available in the evenings for consultations beginning February.
