I wanted to buy some ice-cream tubs but none had prices on them. After asking a staff member they first looked stumped like I had spoken in Swahili, muttered something incoherent, then sent me to ask another person behind the deli. They were rude and unhelpful. They would have ignored me as they walked around if I hadn't attracted attention. They turned up their nose and said "well there are heaps of ice creams which one did you want?" and I said Bulla. Then they said well you'll have to carry them all to the checkout and get them scanned. If they knew that the ice creams needed to be scanned and they didn't know the price, they did not need to be patronizing and ask "there are heaps of ice creams which one did you want?" So here I am carrying 3 large tubs of ice creams just to get them scanned. Everything else in the store had prices clearly labled so why not the cold heavier ice cream tubs? Terrible Service. Never Returning.
