Worst service and the lady is so cheap. .she took money from me for hair color and straightning but after 7 hours she said come next time for color. I visited again but she denying . I lost my 90 $. The Japanese staff very cheap and lyre. The were different behave at first time and second time they were reacting rude and over smart. Plz don't go this shop very bad Japanese ladies. . They hurt me to much I was pregnant 7 month. But they gave me trouble, tension and more. God will never forgive them. I had to come back with sorrow and my wet hair. I was feeling very bad. .guys that was my true story and worst experience in my life never ever.
Plzzzzzzzz don't visit shop. Nd like this such a narrow mind lady. .

Went to get my hair cut to my shoulders but ended up with a haircut on top of my neck by someone who obviously doesn't know the difference between shoulders and top of the neck. I made a complain and was told my hair would grow back and my next hair cut would be free I wouldn't go anywhere near that shop again I just want my hair back
