Had an appointment to have my carpets cleaned at five pm however cleaner arrived at 4.15pm while I was making my way home from work. I reminded the cleaner that our appointment was for five pm however the cleaner stated that they are not willing to wait and drove off in a huff! Certainly will not be making use of their cleaning service again.
It's ironic. What you see as a negative I see as a positive. Plus, working in areas where times can be unpredictable (like someone cancelling) is always hard with trades. However, I'd always anticipate either side of the time they hope to be there. Today is going to be 30 degrees and our couch was going to be cleaned at 10.30am. I was thrilled to get a text to say Adam could come earlier. Couch is clean, smells great, will dry by tonight. I'm more than happy with him coming a little earlier due to usual circumstances that you'd expect in the trade. We have been using these guys for a decade. NEVER disappoint. Great people too.
