Fresh Hair & Body St Clair

Very overpriced Only 1 nice friendly girl there. I paid almost $200.00 for a dodgey Ombre style that left my hair so dryed out & had to put a treatment on it. Girl who did my hair said if I wasnt happy I could come back & they would fix it in 5 days...Right there said it all. I didnt go back didnt want to be a pain. However she didnt stamp my loyalty card. So I called later & they said no worries we will just stamp when you come in. So when I went the girl who did my hair said O no we arent really meant too & made me feel so bad. No customer service bland attitude. Never go back. Had no problems before. Had been going there for over 2yrs & spent a lot. Just takes one bad employee....

I've been going here for a couple of years. The last time I was upset and after spending $260 all I was happy with was my eyebrow tint. I hadn't been to the hairdresser in 10 months and saved up as we had family coming and lots of things happening. My hair had been dyed black (by this hairdresser) and I had about 4" of regrowth. I wanted my hair more of my natural colour and also pink, blue and purple. My hair was straight bleached over the black twice. The pink and blue didn't take and the hairdresser put red over them. I was told at the end of it I wouldn't end up with the results I wanted. I had contacted customer service and was told I could go back to the salon to get it fixed. I've had other issues at this salon (my hair snapping off after Cureplex and it had to be shaved on one side and the back...never complained then) and didn't want to go back.
