Fresh-mynt Cafe

True what they say, bad service, slow, prices high, great location bumped it up

I came across this cafe Sunday lunch with my husband and kids and ordered 2 coffees 1 decaf I which was NOT decaf as they made the coffees the exact same and I could clearly taste it wasn't decaf! My daughter order a chocolate frappe which she enjoyed as the young ones do but the burgers with stale buns did not please my taste buds! Hate to write bad reviews .. but a cafe like this does not deserve to be up and running with staff on their phones and no effort into our lunch !! :(

Went in with one of my friends and we both realised that the customer service was horrible. My friend ordered a coffee and didn't like it at all, and I ordered a shwalz FRESH juice which had orange, apple, pineapple and watermelon in it and I thought this will be delicious. It wasn't until I saw one of the staff members pour BOTTLED juice in the juicer instead of fresh juice from the fruits. I saw them use pineapple, apple and orange bottles nice which has sugar in it saying FRESH JUICE but really they use BOTTLED juice. Sorry fresh mynt, you didn't live up to my expectations and I won't be coming back.

Didn't even want to put half a star. This little cafe was shocking. Shocking service and shocking staff. Went in for a coffee and a staff served me and was so rude and didn't look like staff wanted to be there with their greeting of 'what do you want'. Asked for a medium cappuccino and was weak and staff must've over boiled the water so it was all disgusting, I had to throw it out after my first sip. With an attitude that staff has, staff needs to go. Also saw the management try a coffee which was made for a customer and serve it to them straight after staff took a drink out of it. Will never be going back there again and will be informing other people of what a bad experience this was.

Having a pretty chill Sunday and decide to get a juice. Rolled in to this joint and it wasn't cranking. A mate and I ordered two take away juices. 45 mins later we got our juices. Neither were what we ordered. I overheard another lady get the wrong juice and I'm pretty sure I got her dregs. The staff that works there is a rookie and needs to go and was rude and unable to handle anything. Sorry Mynt, I was down for good times but you were well under achieving. Glad I didn't order food.
