FRESH NAILS AND FOOTSPA

Shocking customer service, I had been waiting 20 minutes for a manicure and was asked to wait 10 more even though I had a pre-booked appointment. Staff were rude and did not apologize, I would never go there again.

Don't ever get a wax here. I got one took 1 hour the staff did 1cm wax sections at a time and tried to rip it off when the wax was not dry. I was bleeding and it wasn't even half finished and I said to stop. Worst experience with waxing I have ever experienced. It was obvious staff had never waxed before. :( left hour later and had to go to a real beautician to finish.

Cash only, the staff were friendly compared to another one I went to. They were short staffed at the time I was there so had to wait quite a while. There was a change of staff halfway through my manicure and they were happy to give two different shades a try on the nail. Within hours after the manicure was done, the polished started to chip without nails being exposed to hardness at all. Within a few days, after showering, cooking and other normal daily activities, there were chips everywhere.
