Commencing operation in November 2009, it boasts 6 tables for manicure, infill, full set or polish, 6 pedicure spas, 2 drying tables and all of the latest state of the art equipment direct from USA.
This business is operated by Jenny Nguyen and Vicky Chau. For Jenny, this is her second nails business. She has previously owned a small shop in Lane Cove and managed several major nail salon operations. She first started as a nail technician in 2000' when the modern nail systems were being introduced to Australia.
Vicky has been doing nails since 2004 and also has experience at several major locations. Having worked together and recognising each other's skill, business savvy and customer focus they have long planned to own and operate their own business.
Jenny and Vicky are focused on excelling in the key areas of their business to make Fresh Nails Cherrybrook the 1st choice for nails. Superior skill, technique and artistic ability, customer focus and care, good communication (and fluent English), strict hygiene practices and qualified, experienced staff that care as much as they do.

I have been having my nails done for over 15 years and I have never had a fungal infection ever , but I received one , there a dirty unsanitary salon , they do autoclave their instruments for pedicures but that's were it ends , my fungal infection was in the hand nail and they don't use new or sterile files and the drill pieces, there is skin on the floor around we're they do pedicures and the table tops are just nasty , the staff don't clean , and when it's quiet in between customers the staff sit on the pedicure chairs with their shoes on ( and they may have just come back from the public toilets and you put your feet in the tub that is now filled with water ) and you wonder how you got a bad skin or nail infection . They use cotton gloves to protect your hands from the uv light when you have the shellac polish , but ladies the gloves have never been washed, they are a dirty dirty salon. First time at Fresh Nails and guaranteed I will NOT be going back. Definitely NOT good communication or service and very POOR Hygiene. They do not wash their hands (I noticed) between clients. Staff went from finishing previous client straight to me without washing hands and I noticed the files were not clean. Files and tools are not cleaned or sterilised between clients. I will not be risking INFECTIONS which can be distributed through files and other instruments easily if not cleaned properly. I have found a Nail Technician in the HILLS District who does it from home. One on one, disinfects equipment and very good communication with excellent service. Yes Fresh Nails are quick that's the only thing good I can say about them. If you want to take the risk by all means your choice.
