Fresh Nails

Had very bad experience at fresh nails chatswood terrible staff so loud and rude specially manger she need to learn how to good customer service behave like uneducated person,will never go there again not recommended to anyone

Got my nails done with the $30 deal for school students and went to pay but only had card, they then tried to charge me $40 because I didn't have cash?! Ridiculous never again!!! Don't go there

Worst nail experience I have ever had. I asked for a full set and told the lady the specific shape that I want, she said yes but then she couldn't get it right so I had to take the filer and filed my own nails. Not to mention she was so harsh while doing my nails to the point where my cuticles started bleeding and I had to ask her to stop.

Probably the worst place I've ever been to, and I have been to a few bad nail salons.

So the other day my regular nail place was fully booked out and I got desperate. I have three infills I needed to take off and the rest of my nails were shellac and real. I thought how bad could it be to go to a new place to take off my infills and shellac? Well of course I was wrong.

The worst manicure I have ever recieved.

The woman cut my finger and blamed me for it when she was removing my shellac.

She cut my nails to different lengths and not one nail is the nail shape (even though i asked to keep the length and have them shaped squarely).
Two finger nails now go on a slanting angle. The nail polish is clumpy and all over my fingers, I could have done them myself a lot better, and i am not good at painting nails.

I felt rushed out of the store and i would not trust them to even re-do them.
They are way to expensive for what they offer and i regret not paying as they did the dodgiest job!
I had to have them re-done.
