Friendly staff who offer a great service. Great artwork by Linda if you want something special but all excellent at the latest techniques. Cleaned and tidy and never turn clients away. If you have to wait it’s worth it. They are busy because they are good!

I had the worst experience coming to Fresh nails. Thought to try them out as there always busy, the customer service was atrocious had to wait even though they told me 5 minutes. They didn’t understand what I wanted which was only a manicure. The process was very rushed & the lady didn’t even give instructions what to do. When cutting my nails it hurt as she cut so close to the side of my nail + she trimmed above all my finger nails now I have skin peeling off looking very ugly. On top of that the nail technician brushed 4 layers of nail polish on even though it had not dried yet she keep putting more on. Once finished she just pushed my hands to the small fan which one of my nails hit the fan & already was marked. Didn’t even tell me how long to dry it for just up & left. After staying more than 1/2 hr waiting I thought to pay & leave. After exiting the shop I went home than 4 of my nails had smudged & come off. I rang & complained the lady said it’s ok to come ...read more

If I could give this salon a no star review, I would! Where do I start? I arrived and asked whether they had time for SNS, which they answered they did and placed me in a chair. An older lady who couldn’t speak much English (who was quite rude also) asked me to place my hands in a bowl full of acetone and paper towel and asked me to move my fingers around. My current SNS was a red wine colour so after ten minutes of soaking and “moving my fingers around”, my fingers were stained red and I’d effectively taken off the SNS myself. Every other place I’ve been to wraps my nails in foil and acetone and soaks them off individually. When my turn was up, the nail technician very roughly prepped and primed my nail bed with their hand drills, not taking any notice to my flinching at every move as my nails are paper thin and weak. She then proceeded to start the dipping process, without dusting off excess powder in between dips so I was left with a border of powder stuck to ...read more

Went to them regulary for waxing, pedicures and manicures for 12 months. Last time I went I got charged $70 for a spa pedicure and manicure even though it is priced at $42 on their board. There reason was because I got SNS done they had to charge me extra $28! What a nice way to pay for customer loyalty.
