Absolutely love this gym. Would never go anywhere else.

The staff, trainers and the classes are amazing. There is always someone to help and support you and its a smaller family owned gym.



They actually care and check up on how you are going with your training and your goals.

THIS GYM IS AMAZING!!!



My wife and I joined less then a year ago and we absolutly love it!

We made the move from another gym which was okay, but the classes were not the best.



The classes here are different they have these freeform gravity classes which are amazing, and I love Tims boxing class. My husband also does crossfit there and loves it.



Its not an upmarket gym, but its the people, the classes and the service that make it.

Much nicer atmosphere than any fitness first I've been too - new and lots of natural light. The service is more personal as it's a smaller gym. Very experienced instructors.
