Well we stopped on our way home and the Brunette girl refused to serve us as we did not have our Anglesea address on our drivers licence and was not interested in talking about it or calling the police to on us, just told us there are not serving us. funny though they still seved people who did not wear masks even after asking them to put on a mask, did not check if anyone had signed in, and asked no one else in the shop for their ID but us. so we drove home to Anglesea and got lunch in Anglesea with no issue.
This review reflects the customer service. I went on Sunday arvo to buy some sweets. I was asked to wear a mask and I told the young man I have a medical exemption which is legitimate. He then asked to see my exemption. I told him I am not required to prove my exemption. I was made to feel very uncomfortable. Please educate your staff on the law and government site which clearly outlines these exemptions. customers should not be made to feel like this. Very poor customer service!
This cake shop Bakes fresh Birthday Cakes on Boxing Day, you can call them when you have forgotten to order a birthday cake, and at the last minute they will do their best to accommodate you, If your happy to decorate it yourself they have been known to bake a cake for afternoon pick up for people like me who forget the birthday cake often :(. Fresh cream yummmm. Although some times some staff who work there can be a little abrupt, ( only reason its 4 stars and not 5 ). You get that most places these days, still a customer and will remain one for years to come as they have saved my butt on a few occasions.
In a word FLAVOURSOME. Fantastic FRESH baked foods. I love calling in and grabbing a tasty quiche for dinner or a cake for morning tea. Awesome lamingtons and vanilla slices.These guys know how to bake! Just like Grandma used to make! My only complaint is they have no EFTPOS so take CASH this appears to be the norm for small business though and it certainly hasnt been a deterant for me! Yum yum.
