Freshwater Place Pharmacy

I've only ever received the best service here , from excellent helpful staff. This pharmacy is convenient, but most importantly the people who work there are knowledgeable and friendly.

OK after writing this good review last week I have to update, just had an awful experience here with one of the staffs. The staff was so nasty and snippy. Such a shame that one customer-service-challenged staff member can ruin the great record of all the others.... luckily the staff is not there all that often and will definitely give the place a wide berth when the staff is there!

I have been in lots of times, since I work in the area and they have always been lovely, friendly, helpful and accommodating.

WORST ever service. If I can give them a -ve star I would. I had to urgently have ONE page of my passport certified in order to process my visa and they refused saying they can only do it between 8 - 11:00 AM. Absolutely atrocious customer service.
