I should apologise for misunderstanding the staff as the management and that was the impression I got from that particular staff.
The management had really done a good job by checking with the incident as soon as they saw the comment.
I did not know there was a management to complain about few incident which happened to me specifically by this particular staff. If I had known this person was only a staff I would have straight away given the complain to management the way she treated to me.
As soon as the management saw the comment in here ,they took it so seriously and called me and talked about the problems which I had with the staff.
In this case I withdraw my complain about the swim school Management rather than the particular person.
I had already recommended few kids there because they have a good trainers.
We joined Swim time last August after trying other schools in the area and this place is fantastic. I can't praise the staff enough. My daughter has excelled in the space of six months going from a non-swimmer to now aiming for her 15 meters freestyle. The parent/teacher toddler class has given my son so much confidence in the water he is now almost swimming unaided at 2 years old. The staff are passionate about their students and the facilities are great. I highly recommend Swim time Freshwater.
If you are from ethinic or asian community, then forget joining this place. No respect for you or your kids.
They should better put a board saying english speaking people only. Though the poor trainers are friendly the Managment people will treat you so badly with no respect.
I am very sorry to hear of your negative experience. However, I am from an ethnic background myself, and can assure you, as the owner of this business I am not racist! I take extreme offense to your comments. Perhaps if you have had a bad experience with one of the reception staff, you should have spoken with me or my husband directly. But to post such a slanderous comment as this is just wrong and extreme. And as an aside, your further comment on the training of our staff is very ill informed also. All of our teachers are fully qualified by either Austswim or Swim Australia. All of them have at least 2 years teaching experience with many of them having over 10 years experience! I find your comments absolutely absurd and unfounded in this regard. I hope that you have found what you are looking for elsewhere!
