Freshworld Fruit - Castle Towers

I have bought garlic which is about $30.00 per Kg for last 2-3 times. When I separated the cloves they are full of mould. I spoke to the supervisor on the matter over the phone who said I would talk to the manger and asked me to be on line. Instead of connecting me she hung up the phone . When I tried next no one answered the phone. Date 22/6/19 at 10.50 AM. Not willing to listen the story or no apologies for the customers money and time. If you buy garlic, open the cloves to see there is any mould in it. Because our time is precious and do not need to shop grocery twice

I love visiting Freshworld when I am in the area because they have a huge variety of fruit and vegetables. This store is extremely popular so there is a lot of turnover, ensuring the freshest produce. There are lots of fresh herbs and more unique items such a galangal and purple carrots. A big hint is to go to the registers facing Cole at the back, the lines are shorter!
