We bought a second hand fridge from these people and whiting 3 months it was broken, they did replace it but the one they replaced it with broke two - so we had 2 faulty fridges from them within 8 months. We ended up just buying a brand new one on finance. When we called to ask if they would take the faulty fridge back (we didn’t even as for money for it, just asked if he would remove it) - he refused, stating that we just had bad luck and that it could have happened with a new fridge!!! Firstly that’s ridiculous, secondly HOW RUDE and thirdly they advertise themselves as a company that buys fridges and does repairs. Avoid this company at all costs, I’ll certisnly be spreading a word about their rude manner and terrible customer service.

What we said on the phone is true. Every now and then, things could play up, new or used. Honestly, we don't want this happen to our customers at all, but when it happened, we will do whatever we can to help and fulfil our responsibilities: repair, replace or money back. In your case, we did replace the first one 9 months ago.
Yes, we do buy, but not everything, not all the time. Due to over stocking, we won't be able to take anything in at the moment, not even smaller items, unfortunately. Therefore can't take it away for you this time ( nobody else will offer this service). Hope they are able to dispose it when the new fridge coming.
We usually offer discounted price for repair if it's outside the warranty period of time.

We bought a new ice maker and didn't need our old up-side-down fridge although it was in perfect condition. This gentleman came around and said he could only give us $200. Reluctantly we accepted to just get rid of it although we new it was worth about $800. His cheque bounced and when we approached him in his shop he said here's $100 take it or get your frifge out of my shop.
I am surprised he is still in business. Not a nice chap!
Sorry, before you write an review, please make sure you are in the right place. You didn't buy anything from us and we've never issued an cheque to anyone, since we do not operate that way.
Appalling manners from the person on the phone!! I'll spend my money elsewhere after that. Customer service is important; face to face AND on the phone.
We do care about our customer service face to face and on the phone. However, misunderstandings can happen on the phone due to lack of proper information.
