I am appalled by the way I was just treated by one of your pharmacists. I went in needing something that was regarding something quite private.After asking for the medication I wanted to purchase,the pharmacist proceeds to grill me in front of customers and an employee about my personal body issues.Its not like I was asking for something that was harmful.It's for quite a common thing.I'm nearly 30,I believe I am familiar with my own body and don't need to be told. Next thing you know we will need perscriptions for a box of bandaids.I thought pharmacists were supposed to be kind and understanding and approachable,especially about sensitive topics like these.How wrong was I? I ended up leaving without my medication,quite embarrassed and upset. Never again will I return to your pharmacy.
Hi Felicity, I have just seen this comment from last year. I am really sorry you left the pharmacy feeling this way. I am more than happy for you to come and see me to discuss the situation that occurred.

I am house bound and the service that was given to me was beyond what I expected,I had my webster packs delivered free and because I am a DVA card holder it was free webster packing.Thank you.regards laurie.
