The most dreadful service I have come accross in a long time! Moving out of my rental house I booked them for 10am no one turned up or rang me. When I called they said they couldn't come until the next day. As my power was due to be disconnected they said they definitely would be at the house at 9am the next day, at 10am I got a call to say they were running late. By 12:30 still no one. I rang and they said someone would be there in 40 minutes - nothing again! So I cancelled. As a result I had to rent my house and keep the power on for an extra 2 days as I had to book another cleaner. NOT RECOMMENDED

I too have had a dreadful experience with this company. I do occasional cleaning myself and have an ad on Gumtree. Sunny from Friendly Cleaners phoned me on a Sunday morning asking me if I can do a job for him that day, I said I can, I later met him at the property, he told me to let him know 45 mins before I finish the job. I did as he requested after spending 3 hours cleaning a filthy rental property. I had to wait

I said yes, met him there later on and did the job, he said to let him know 45 mins before I finish so he can come back. I had to wait an hour for him. He returned and was not happy with one of the showers and parts of the kitchen. I ended up leaving the premises without being paid the $160 I was due. After numerous requests I still have not received a cent from him. He was hired and paid by someone else to do the job but he outsourced it to me. He was rude and abusive to my husband on the phone when my husband told him he cannot treat people like this in this country. I have reported him to Gumtree, they have told me to report him to the police which I have done. Go for another cleaning company, maybe someone who can be recommended by a person you know.
