Friendly Inn Hotel

Did not welcome our large group at all. Bartenders were quite rude and abrupt. Un friendly to bigger groups. Unfortunately not what we were after for our weekend as we left feeling a bit disappointed.

Stopped in for a late lunch on Anzac Day.
My friend ordered the steak and I got the Italian parmy.
Both were good, and the chips were great!
There were heaps of tables set up in the paddock out the back and it was pretty busy.
Only downside was no baby change area for my friend who had a bub.
And the two-up out the back was lots of fun.
Great country pub with friendly staff and a good feel.

Nice quaint old hotel, I can imainge it would have had many horses tied up out the front in the good old days.
Food was a bit pricey, but a lovely outdoor dining area. Music was way too loud (outside amp speakers at 6pm?) but the kids playground was a great addition.

A great fun place to come for a night out in Kangaroo Valley -well the only place really. However they have great live music, a mix of out of towners to make for a fun night. The steaks are quite good too!

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat on our travels and had the hamburger as it was the cheapest thing on the menu. I found the menu pretty over priced for what it was. The serving was a decent size but the meat was quiet bland with an overload of lettuce. My daughter had the minute steak from the kids menu which was served burnt so she didn't want to eat it. They do offer out door seating which is great but the do need to have a few more tables as there are only a few so we had to sit inside and the inside is pretty old and in need of some tlc.
