Isobel Renee is a beautiful two-year girl who has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Isobel was born prematurely November 2007 at just 31 weeks gestation and has already undergone three surgeries. She does not sit, crawl or walk, however has just started to say Mum?. To give Isobel every opportunity of independence, we are raising funds for Isobel to undergo Stem Cell therapy. Unfortunately as this is not yet performed here in Australia, it means Isobel will have to travel to Germany. Please Help make this possible.
