The management palmed me off to a new staff who stuffed up my hair colour and wasnt even present that morning to supervise. The management in charge were to busy chatting to each other and to another client to even notice that the colour hadn't been done properly. I had asked specifically for the management to do my hair, guess what won't ever go back. Very unprofessional salon.
