Just had my hair cut there yesterday. Terrible haircut! The hairdresser told me she is not a specialist. I asked her why does she then accepts men if she is not a specialist in men's hair cuts. She told me she doesn't have fading clippers. She walked away and asked somebody else to fix my cut. So all procedure took 2 hours, I walked away not happy with what's been done to my hair and and they charged me 45 dollars cash and did not even give me a receipt!
Avoid this shop!
Gabrielle is incredible and takes so much care and pride in her work. All the staff are so lovely and friendly. I would recommend to anyone!

Rude, Rude, and Rude!!! went in to get waxing and hair down. Faced with beauty therapist doing her hair then telling me to go away for 5mins as she needed to Finnish doing her hair!!! Not sure if manager aware that this staff member is rude and lost business ( was going to book 4 people for hair cuts,1 for colour etc. Shall tell everyone not to use as it appears to be an effort to give good customer service. Being a local will let others know.
PS. DO YOUR HAIR AT HOME Beauty Therapist like we all have to do.
Hello.
Having listened to my staff member's account and reviewed security footage at the time, at 10-to-9am I can see she was not able to do the waxing as the wax pot is turned on at 8.30am and is not fully melted until about 9am. I also allow my staff, prior to commencing work at 9am each morning, time to make themselves presentable as befitting their roles as stylists and beauticians.
We regret that we could not attend to you prior to 9am this morning, and would welcome your return at commencement of business on another day in order that we can attend to your needs.
