Ordered a part online with frontline. A week later i recieved an email saying they cant supply the part. I emialed back asking what about a refund and got no response. I opened a claim on paypal which went unanswered so then i had to open a paypal dispute not to get my money back. Dont trust this company
Frontline have a return policy that if you return goods in resaleable condition within seven days you get a refund.
Simple.
Unless your product is faulty. You return it 0within 2 days of buying to get a replacenent or refund because you don't want a dead on arrival product. So they take almost up to three weeks to get item back repaired. They say it isn't in saleable condition because of the box and manual have been opened and slightly damaged.
They then offered 2/3 of the original price paid.
Wow. They are right. Their return policy is flexible alright. For them.
