A wonderful chinese dining experience. This is the 3rd time we've dined there. Delicious and affordable food though this last time was a little disappointed with the seafood combination. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. This restaurant has become a favourite with all who we've taken there.
The best Chinese I've had, and many who I've spoken to about Fu Chinese restaurant agree. Authentic, delicious Chinese cooking, and very helpful, friendly staff. No added msg also means that there's no worries about that heavy post-meal feeling which often comes with other Chinese. Whether for take-out or dining in, I highly recommend Fu Chinese restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic, delicious taste and enjoyable service that all comes at a very affordable price.
Very disappointed.... After suffering health issues all day, And wanting to be nourished with something delicious,
FU had lovely customer service, but As I am highly allergic to shellfish- asked for there to be none put in my fried rice that I had asked for!
On my way home after picking up my order to realize, the rice is full of prawns, meaning...
they didn't get it right.... not listening to my specifications.
(Apologies know this is a little late as we are only just getting on the social media bandwagon)
We sincerely apologise about your experience, we do periodically hire new people (and we are all human ??) we try our best to train our staff up but unfortunately some mistakes slip through.
We do value everyone who comes into our store and would've instantly started on cooking you a new order top priority if you had come back in.
Again we do apologise and hope that this one bad experience doesn't drive you away.
