We have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant since relocating to the coast and it was our neighbour who put us onto Fu Kang. It was definitely worth it. We live locally and went to order take away as unfortunately the restaurant is not that appealing, however, do not let that put you off their food. The quality is exceptional. We order the following: for entree won ton soup with a serve of steamed dumpling, main course their stir fried sliced pork tenderloin in bean cord paste and served with homemade pancake is absolutely scrumptious. Also try their chicken fillet in garlic sauce with homemade pancake. It is a combination of Shandong and Szechuan styles. Honestly, anything you decide to order from them is cooked fresh and clean and with delicious flavours that are not heavy and gluggy. The prices are just reasonable for take away, but you are paying for great food. Highly recommend, especially if you are a Labrador local.
