I recommend Fuelled Fitness to people who are interested in being trained by a professional. Craig Holt has been training me for over a year now. I joined his 11 week challenge last year and lost a massive 15 kg and I feel great. You too can benefit from Craig's wisdom and knowledge. Call him to see what he can do for you. Just recently I started having few health issues and told Craig about it, he immediately designed a program according to my capabilities..,..Now how's that for service.
