Fulcrum Suspensions

Had a rattle/knock in front suspension. Took it to Fulcrum, Yerongpilly. They diagnosed faulty strut tops and control arm bushes. Arrived on day of booking to find parts hadn't arrived. No-one bothered to tell me, so turn around and head home. Morning wasted.

Finally had work done. Rattle/knock as bad as ever.

I wanted to upgrade the suspension and add a lift to my jeep wrangler so I gave fulcrum a call. They invested alot of time in advising me of all the options.I went back and forth several times with the rep. In the end I went with fulcrum to install new suspenstion and springs. They provided the best product, with the best service at the cheapest price. I'm very happy with the end result.

They were rude, and I was very unhappy with the quality or repairs carried out there. I had to take the vehicle elsewhere to be repaired after it was at their business.

They are rude, I've made a few calls to them asking for quotes and it just seems like all too much. The kicker was today when I went in and explained my situation, they rolled their eyes , said " We have to look at it " then proceeded to make a time for two days hence. Just wasn't interested - there was approx 2k's worth of work to be done - now I'll just go elsewhere.

Recently had suspension replaced in my vehicle and Fulcrum did the front end alignment. The service and work as great plus now my Challenger drives much better and some funny handling is gone. Highly recommend getting Fulcrum to check your vehicles.
