After a very bad service( suspension fitting and gauge installation), we tried to make a call for a complaint and they hang up the phone on our face !
Panel secured by zip Ties , lost screws , you name it , after having the car for 3 day so when the distributor recomends 5 hours ...
Fulcrum had been recommended very highly to me so I put my car in for a suspension check. When I returned, the quote had not been prepared and they had lost my car keys. I was quoted as requiring nearly $1000 of repairs. I then put the car into my own mechanic and a second suspension expert; both companies returned my car free of charge saying there was nothing wrong with the car. The only issue found was that there was a loose nut on my sway bar link.
