Overpriced costumes and balloons. The girl was so rude I walked away without buying anything after intending to purchase a costume which turned out to be a good thing as I found a much better one at Kmart for 1/2 the price. I am amazed this business survives.

I went in to purchase supplies for a party. Disappointed with the variety of items available - no guest books, napkins or other obvious things you might require for a birthday party (they did have a very limited range for children, however I was purchasing for an over 40 party). I foolishly purchased a couple of bags of number sprinkles at $5 per bag, only to walk into Dollar King two doors down a few minutes later to see THE EXACT bags for $2 each. If you're after party supplies you'd do well to check out The Reject Shop and Dollar King before wasting time and money at Fun Palace.

My wife purchased a balloon for $18.00 for our 3 year old son birthday who was with her at the time, before she had complete the transaction in the shop it burst. The response from the shop attendant was not to offer a replacement to the faulty ballon but instead attempt to charges he another $18.00 for the replacement ballon which was less than 1 minute old clearly a faulty product. Reading several other review this is not an uncommon issue of a massive lack of customer service, we will no longer be returning to this shop.

I have been shopping here for quiet a while now. the best customer service ever. They have so many thing to match my needs. on halloween day this is the only shop that provides you with the best face paint and if you shop enough the face paint is free. their product is one of a kind. I love the owner, she is very sweet, helpful and kind. she has such a great customer service. I love this place and will continue shopping here.
