Functional Decor & Blinds Direct

We have paid this business a lot of money and job is not done. First deposit was paid in November 2010 and since then two further deposits paid. In total we have paid over $30,000.00 and they have failed to make our drapes. We have been waiting for months (this review is being written in late July 2011). We have a beautifully renovated home, no drapes on our windows and we fear we will never see our money or our drapes. Keeps making installation dates and not installing. After many stories about why our job is not done, has now admitted that fabric is not even purchased. We paid our money 8 months ago!!!! We are now seeking legal action.
