Funtime Party Hire

Jumping castle was dropped off 20 minutes before the party was to begin, no communication, not able to be contacted by phone (office shut). Castle had a slide but the bottom of slide was missing and extremely dangerous, we had to put pillows down so that children didnt injure themselves. After the party the castle was only collected the next day, again with no communications.

If it was possible to give zero, I would. The equipment was broken, no instructions, can't get help over the phone. When I asked for a refund, they are just ignoring me and hanging up on my calls. Don't use this company.

Poor communication from the start. Secured booking online, no invoice received. The rest of communication was via phone and text. We were told Saturday was delivery. Never questioned it as that was when our party was. Text received Saturday to say delivery was changed to Sunday??? Apparently (I have no record of receipt but accident happen!) it was booked for Sunday. When tried to discuss it’s no good for Sunday as part is Saturday we were told bluntly
No refund, “your wife ticked box on t&cs she understand full amount will be deducted.RUDE,UNCOMPASSIONATE AND GREEDY! Not to mention the worst customer service

If it was possible to give less then 1 star I would. We had 2 parties booked. One week apart. They phoned me on the Wednesday before the first party, which was a engagement party, to tell me they could not fulfill the order of 8 wine barrels. They could only provide us with 5. Nothing could be done about this, apparently it was out of their control. So me and my fiancée went out and purchased more tables last minute. At what would obviously be a inflated cost when compared to the barrel hire fees. The “contract” we had was cancelled and my fiancée and I didn’t make a fuss. Just wore the new cost for purchasing 8 barrels and tables outright.

Do not hire from this company, they send out faulty items. We hired sumo suits and the quality was appalling tried to speak to them and the customer service was as bad as the hired items. no responsibility and wouldn't even reply to my emails or return my calls. Helmets were useless, could fit an elephant. Can provide more photos/videos, waste of money when there a many good companies out there doing a better job!
