Furnished Property Group

I'm a french student I just arrived in a residence rent by furnished property. It was so dirty I rent a room for 375/week and I believed in a clean residence but I was so surprised by that I will find. I precised that they give me a meeting the first day and the office was closed they were in holidays so I had nothing to sleep the first time. Second step I gave them the information that it was so dirty 4 days ago (when I arrived ) and they do nothing. It stay like in pictures. I think pictures are better than works. I'm in Chalmers Lodge. Final step I ask them to refund me enter fees and bond and they said no and they want I pay 200 AUD to leave the residence, It's not a joke.

We stayed at their Empire Hotel residence. The day after we shifted in the kitchen was locked and we were unable to access it for 24 hours, apparently it was too dirty. The general state of all common areas was disgusting. Cleaners seemed to come through once every few days. We never got any response from the onsite property manager, and the office seemed fairly disinterested in our complaints.

Haven't had a response back in regard to my bond return for weeks. It's like they've closed down or something.

During the tenancy the apartment was rife with maintenance issues. I'll have to file a complaint with fair trading
