Furniture Bazaar

I purchased a couch from furniture bazaar Joondalup October 2016.
The pollard couch as it is called has already collapsed (only a year old).
They are offering a repair which is inconvenient to me nor do I want a repair on a couch which shouldn't have collapsed after a year, this just reflects on the poor quality furniture bazaar offer in general.
I would recommend going to a chain store where they offer better quality and better customer service without attitude overall.
So save your money and a headache and go elsewhere.
This garbage I bought from them can go in the bin where it belongs and I can kiss my money goodbye.

I have always received good service and found that their furniture is of reasonable quality considering the price. The best benefit is a genuine 5 year warranty unlike their pine discount competitor down the road. Warranty is king when you are considering buying low cost imported furniture.

The furniture in this place looked like it had been sitting there for years and the staff member who approached me stunk of cigarettes, big turn off so I left straight away.

Rude. The people at this store were horrible. They could've easily had a sale, but instead they tried to rip us off and rush us out the door. I ended up going to the Osbourne Park store as they were much nicer and offered a better price.
