Furniture Bazaar

Furniture Bazar have the worst customer service. I have just bought some furniture (Queen Bed, 2 side tables, 2 Queen mattress and 2 king single mattress) from them with a late delivery date. When I try to cancel purchase of a King Single mattress they are trying to charging me the 20% of whole invoice price not the mattress price that bring the cancellation price to more than the actual mattress price. When I complained, they are referring me some find print.

So I strongly recommend that instead of ever buying your furniture from this company, its better to support some Local Australian business and keep your money and jobs here in Australia. Also you will get some good customer service not like here I am treated like fool.

For me, NEVER EVER this Furniture Bazaar.
