I stupidly used FRS... They turned up 2 days later than agreed. They then broke my dining table and scratched the wall. They then tried to fix it and hid the damage behind other boxes. So I wouldn't see it until later... Now supprise surprise I can't get them to respond.

In the best intetests for your familys' sanity and your wallet, avoid FRS at all costs.
We booked a move more than 3 months in advance with FRS, initially because the representative sounded lovely and the first site I searched came up with their page and all looked good with 5 star reviews. The quote also stated inclusions and a big banner of NO HIDDEN FEES.
The initial amount of the move was $2000+ gst and after reviewing their quote and what was included, I agreed to pay the deposit of $500 which was non-refundable.
On the day of the deposit, I was called to say that the price had changed to $2300+ gst (First red flag).

We move a lot and we've used FRS the last few times for several reasons. They are reliable; they send a confirmation the day before and a call on the day to let you know what time they should be arriving. They are fast; compared to other companies that have taken all day to move our stuff, but FRS work more efficient and complete the work on time. They are always easy going and polite people which really helps during the stress of moving. Highly recommended

Yes like most people here have mentioned, we shouldve taken into consideration of their bad reviews but becuase they are the cheapest we could find so we juat try and hope we wont be the victim. Ha! In fact, we are one of the disapponuted customers. Our original booking was made at 9am. They were late for 3.5 hours we had to cancel the other appointment at 12 and so hard to reschedule it back. So disappointing!!! Even though they have sent extra 2 men for compensation but it did not pay off our satisfaction since we have wasted our time and the fact we had to schedule the other appointment. So friends, DO NOT use this company for you moves service!

They were 40 mins late and due to this we had bad traffic on the way to new place. I bought them lunch thinking they would eat it after the job is done. Removalists spent 30 mins eating and then added it to total time saying "you have chosen to give it"
Will be a lesson for future not to be human to this sort of people...
