AVOID AVOID AVOID - PLEASE LISTEN TO ANYONE THINKING OF USING THIS BUSINESS
I usually support small and family business, but this is one I hand on heart absolutely regret. Have had nothing but issues since they installed an Actron split unit and serviced my Hitachi ducted air-conditioner in July 2022. The Actron indoor unit is very loud/ continuously clicks, and when 'servicing' my ducted system these blokes left loose screws to refrigerant pipes causing major leaks which led to degradation of the compressor and now the whole system. Their timeliness is very poor, communication woeful and instead of finding ways to help, they don't return communication and just hide behind very poor excuses. I am now up for a completely new $10,000 system all because of their extremely poor workmanship. Take it from me and AVOID this mob like the plague. Shame on you all.
Thank you Gordon & team for your professionalism & seamless install. The outdoor unit is unbelievably quiet & the home cooled almost instantly. We will highly recommend you guys any day of the week.

We are thrilled with our new air conditioning and the improvement it has made to our home.
