My GP was impressed by the report of my scan! The staff were really helpful and polite. Very happy with the service.

Absolute bungle of an organisation. Had a 2:15pm appointment on the 24th of December, I arrived at 2:00pm and wasn't seen until 3:00pm. I was assured that my results would be sent to my GP by the end of the day as they were urgent due to me travelling on the 27th. I saw my GP on the 26th of December and the results were not sent due to the incompetence at FMIG and told that they do not return until January 11th. Very unprofessional organisation and not acceptable is a very moderate statement.

The staff are helpful and polite and listened to my problems. Had an ultrasound scan and the report was immediately sent to my doctor and they fitted in my CT scan the same day because of my urgent problem. Very happy with the service.

We called them to ask about the cost of an ULS and they said 205$ and when we were there they said it is 275$ and after finishing ULS , they gave us a paper written on it 275$ to the accountant who said give me 300$!, the doctor does not know!

Had a very nice experience both times, have been to other radiology places earlier, but I feel the receptionists are ultrasound guys here are much easier to talk to. They asked me my problem in detail and then scanned.
