Each class is 1 hour in duration and consists of a quality warm up, a variety of high intensity exercise stations and a whole group warm down.
A Bootcamp is a type of group physical training conducted in a social and motivating environment. Bootcamps are designed to build strength and aerobic fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over the course of 1 hour. G-FIT Bootcamps go 3 Sessions a week for 8 weeks.
