They don't use masks or fans for the keratin treatment. My eyes felt like they were burning and they were watering so badly that I was very uncomfortable. There's no ventilation in the place. The salon isn't nice, either. I also found the hairdressing staff to be more than just a little unfriendly and unprofessional. I will never go back.

Possible the worst customer service I've ever had. Arrived there with a groupon voucher that I had purchased to be greeted by a really unfriendly hair dresser and told that my voucher was only valid for a half head of highlights when I had in fact paid for a full head. I tried to explain this but was abruptly told that If i wanted a full head I would have to pay extra. I ended up having to go to an internet cafe and pay $4 to print out the actual receipt for the voucher to prove I had paid for the full head to which she still tried to argue with me that I was not entitled to a full head. Eventually another hair dresser intervened and got her to check the reference number on the voucher which proved I had paid the full price. With no so much as an apology she proceed to do my hair but insisted any mixing of colours (standard practice with highlights) would cost extra, or if I wanted balayage that would also cost extra- none of which were mentioned on the voucher. This was the worst hairdressing experience I have ever had. I asked for a trim and they actually used clippers to cut my hair and then charged me $40 for the pleasure. I had the keratin treatment here and it didn't even last 2weeks. I was very disappointed and will never be going back.

i went to GK hairdressers to get my hair japanese straightened. Right before i got my hair done i could not do anything with it it was curly and thick, i always wore it up becasue i couldn't wear it out. Getting my hair done was the best thing i ever done, it was fantastic and is now really easy for me and looks great !! they did a fantastic job, welcoming and definately going there to get my hair done from now on.
