Been to Gstar DFO outlet --- Management needs to consider kind of staff they hire . have no clue of customer service or their own items .Especially the ones on Counter has no clue on how to service paying customer .

Too many staff fluttering all over the store with less service to customers but chit chatting on what their plan is for weekend or what they are up to . Counter staff needs a revamp the current counter staffs, they may even flick money of cash register full of attitude but whatsoever cannot be approached for any help , store offers not clearly mentioned and when approached counter staff for understanding of the offer whilst purchasing, they were frustrated and starts to yell at customers .


Hope my purchase lives up to Gstar expectation and not up to its staff bad service in DFO .

G-Star is over-crowded, over-priced but most excitingly, over-staffed. However the staff will not acknowledge you and will continue on with their loud (and sometimes embarrassing) conversations about their debaucherous weekend plans. Trying to locate items is a headache as everything is spread throughout the store with no real organisation or purpose. However, the crowds seem to love it, despite the store being half its original size. Not going back.

Since G-Star has recently become my favourite brand for my apparel needs, I was quite excited to visit this G-Star Factory Outlet.

With DFO Homebushs recent major renovation, it is actually quite nice that the store has now moved inside the building, no longer separated outside the mall from other stores. However, it is now perhaps half the size as it used to be so there was a little less room to move within the shop.

They have very limited items, in their factory outlet stores, with almost all items at larger sizes although they are still fairly priced. The accessories on sale were also only a few and they were pretty much in a bargain bin ready to meet its final fate.

In other words, I am quite disappointed with this store. I had better chances getting their items at their normal stores at perhaps the same (if not lower) prices.

Not once in my entire time at the store was I greeted by any of the staff.
