There is no such thing as easy ways to apply for finance. The whole process is always simple. There are only ways to take shortcuts. Shop around. This company offers a service however it could be a very expensive exercise. What should you pay for commission ? I would not give any one person more than $200. If you are presented with $1000 $500 $850 and no price list your commission could be selected on your level of awareness.
