Gail Hawking is a Specialist Couple Therapist. She is a Member of the Australian Counselling Association and The International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focussed Therapy (ICEEFT). She has studied with ICEEFT, Relationships Australia and The Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors.

For Couples the therapeutic process can be confronting but usually what they are facing at home can be much more daunting. A high level of conflict or distress that occurs on a daily basis is exhausting and can bring a sense of hopelessness.

The Journey of Couple Therapy will look at what negative cycles or patterns you have created in your relationship and help to identify the deeper emotions that are triggering each of you.

This process will then show you how you might start to do things differently and help your relationship grow to a more satisfying and enjoyable experience for both of you.
