Worst experience ever! Although their furniture looks amazing we were so disappointed with the service from Gainsville and the quality of their product. I literally set up a Truelocal account simply to warn people about the company.
It is a family run business and they keep together regardless of the issues you have with them. Very unfair service including avoiding phone calls and not listening to the customer at all. It took us 3 deliveries to get the right mattress over 5 months. We are from Bendigo so the distance didn't help when trying to track down the sales person we originally dealt with for the purchase. Note to all reading.
Pre 2013 beds used slats that were commercially available. Due to unacceptable failures we designed our own slat system. We have resolved all issues and instead of the industry norm of 1 Year Warranty, we give a 5 Year Warranty on our Gainsville Design Slats.
