I was very disappointed with their service and their rude behaviour towards new customers.
I went to them last week for the first time in order to shorten my expensive evening dress. When I picked up my dress I realised that they didn't shortened the dress equally. When I tried to address in a calm way this issue with them, they became outrageous and extremely rude with me.
