The computers and internet are great, but the staff are either very friendly and helpful, god bless em, or some days you get the bad apples. Like we get it, coming to work isnt always the best thing ever. But when you roll your eyes at a customer? when you're playing on your phone as someones talking to you? or when you're absent from your desk for 20 minutes because you went to smoke? THATS when this place feels crummy. Get it together and reevaluate some of your staff.
Great internet and computers, does what an internet cafe does. The only issue is the staff- theyre very hit or miss. Some are very friendly and sweet, some have the personality of a chicken nugget. Some other minor probems here and there like the computers take a while to fix, and sometimes, rarely, the staff dont even show up to open the place. Like today how ive been waiting 3 hours and no one came despite "being open at 9".
