I wish I had of seen your reviews earlier.... I too used this company and they were great to start with, the best customer service leading up to and installing the swing gate opener. Not 6 months on and the arms are falling off the gate.... don't answer my calls, or return my calls, don't return my emails a big fat NOTHING. I have my receipt and I am contacting VCAT on monday. All they had to do was come fix the problem.

I too have had the same problem as Lynette as in trying to contact them. They never seem to answer the phone although I have only been trying for 2 days but things don't look positive. We had our new system installed in Feb/March this year and the other day the metal mechanism that pulls the garage door open has somehow snapped! Been trying to get in contact for them to try and come and fix as still under warranty but so far no luck. I will be taking the matter further if no one responds soon. $425 for a system that lasted a couple of months is a rip! The guys also seemed so nice at first contact. How can this business still be in operation??

They installed my panel roller door motor in September 2013 on my new house, i was assured that travelling to Leopold was not going to be an issue and that they were more than happy to take the job. All was done and they were paid in full and they left the sight, theyseemed like a really genuine. Obviously after they have their money they change dramatically.
